Alcohol thins your blood, again affecting your healing time. A slower healing time can result in an overall appearance of discolouration.

Get enough sleep
It is crucial to get enough sleep the night before, at least 6-7 hours is recommended. Sleeping well will also reduce the amount of pain you feel during your tattoo the next day.

Personal hygiene
Showering is highly suggested, you can get sweaty due to excitement, anxiety etc. which can get uncomfortable for everyone. Clean skin also reduces the risk of infection.

Don’t over perfume
It can make artist (and surrounding people) feel nauseous, and/or cause them to get a headache. This would result in them struggling to concentrate on their work.

Entertainment
We have free Wi-FI and we suggest watching videos/movies on phones/tablets/laptops or reading a book.

Lunch
Food & drink is recommended to keep energy levels high throughout the day.

Bringing company
We kindly ask that you come alone, as we are all trying to adapt to the current international situation.

Sun burn
We cannot tattoo sunburnt skin. Sunburn is a trauma to the surface of the skin, tattooing on top of this will cause further damage, affecting the tattooing process and again the healing.
